This page describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This page therefore contains the information provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data – to those who interact with WEB services. PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSENT TO TREATMENT
“Processing” of personal data means any type of collection, recording, storage, modification, communication, cancellation and dissemination of personal data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this WEB site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Consequently, mere access to the site implies the acquisition by the operator of information and data concerning the user. Furthermore, the optional and voluntary registration on the site, as well as the equally optional and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site, entails the acquisition of the personal data of the registered user, such as, by way of example only, the ’email address. The user is clearly free to choose whether to provide personal data, by entering them in the appropriate registration forms. Failure to provide the data or deny consent to their processing may result in the impossibility of obtaining registration and, therefore, the service requested by the user.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
For all users of the site: The personal data relating to the users of the site may be used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, to check its correct functioning and to ascertain any liability in the event of offenses committed to the detriment of the site, the Data Controller or third parties.
With reference to the users who register on the site In addition to the purposes described above, the data relating to users who register on the site will be processed in order to:
- make it possible to access and browse the site;
- for monitoring the progress of relations with users;
COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION OF DATA
The personal data of the “registered” users may be communicated to third parties who provide the goods / services available on the site as well as to third parties who perform data analysis activities for statistical purposes; however, within the limit of the purposes of the treatment described above. This communication may be made either to persons allocated in the national territory, or to persons allocated abroad in countries belonging to the European Union or unrelated to it. The data may also be communicated to third parties in charge of site maintenance by the Owner and under his supervision. No personal data acquired by the WEB service will be disseminated.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data is processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, as required by law. Finally, the processing of personal data connected to the WEB services of this site is only handled by the personnel in charge of the processing by the Owner or the Manager or by persons in charge of occasional external system maintenance operations but appointed by the Owner.
